Job Description

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated RMA & Inventory Control Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team in California. This position is perfect for individuals who have a keen eye for detail and are passionate about inventory management and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process to ensure timely and efficient handling of product returns.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring data integrity within the inventory management system.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure inventory levels are maintained and aligned with company needs.
  • Conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify stock accuracy.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
  • Preparing reports on inventory metrics and RMA status for management review.
  • Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure quality control.
  • Supporting warehouse operations as needed, including shipping and receiving activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in inventory control or related field is preferred.

Work Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 1st shift.
